Coaching for Excellence

在日益变革的环境中,经理人们每天都面临着许多挑战。如何维持员工士气,鼓励员工保持并提高绩效表现,是领导们的一大难题。因此,博禄推出了“打造教练文化”的新课题,运用Ken Blanchard领导力发展模型,培训高层及中层管理人员运用积极的教练思维模式,来启发并激励员工保持绩效并推动结果。

Managers face tough challenges to maintain employees’ morale and performance during our present crisis situation. Hence, we have implemented a company-wide coaching excellence initiative (Ken Blanchard model) to train senior management and middle managers to adopt an active coaching mindset to inspire and engage employees to sustain performance and drive results.

Accelerated Leadership Programme (ALP) for Succession Planning

尽管新冠肺炎疫情在全球爆发,博禄依旧坚持在高潜人才上的投入,与新加坡管理大学合作,为博禄的人才梯队建设添砖加瓦。第二期的加速领导力发展项目已于2020年8月圆满落幕。

Despite the pandemic, we spare no resource to continuously develop our high potentials through ALP by partnering with one of our top local universities Singapore Management University (SMU). APL batch 2 has been conducted in August 2020.



数字化学习平台
Digital Learning Platform

博禄在新冠疫情期间不断上线各类学习平台,提供多样化的在线培训课程,帮助员工灵活规划自己的时间。以“领英学习”为例,迄今为止,已有80%的员工开通了自己的学习账号,每月进行30-60分钟的自主学习。另外,博禄还引入了哈佛Spark学习平台,提供北欧化工(Borealis)的在线课程,以满足员工对技术、软性技能和领导力方面的培训需求。

During the period of COVID-19, Borouge has launched various learning platforms, offering diversified online training courses, helping employees flexibility in planning their own time. LinkedIn as an example, so far, 80% of employees have opened their own learning accounts, and have 30-60 minutes of self-learning every month. In addition, the company also introduced Harvard Spark learning platform, which is the online course of our parent company - Borealis, to meet the training needs of employees in technology, soft skills and leadership.

The senior management of Borouge share their personal feelings on a topic every month and recommend relevant online courses for everyone to learn. This not only improves the enthusiasm and participation of employees for online learning, but also helps to establish a learning atmosphere in the company.

Sick Leave Without Certificates & Flexi Working Hours

为优化员工体验并适应员工需求,针对身体不适需要在家休息的员工,公司推出了无需病假证明的病假政策:在全年12天的全薪病假中,有4天允许员工无需提供医院开具的病假证明。此外,员工被赋予灵活安排工作时间,只要员工每天的核心工作时间段在公司,且工作时间不少于每周的最低工作时间。

To optimize the employee experience and be adaptive to employee needs, SLWC was implemented for employees who feel unwell to rest at home without having to get medical certificates from clinics or hospitals. Employees are also allowed to work on flexi hours to suit their personal schedule so long they maintain daily core hours and meet minimum weekly work hours.



升级的医疗保险计划
Enhanced Medical Insurance Scheme

从始终关怀员工及其家人的宗旨出发,博禄在原有的医疗保险计划的基础上,从2020年开始又做了进一步的升级,特别是增加了门急诊特需挂号费单次300元的报销,为全体员工就医体验创造极大便利并进一步提升医疗保障水平。

With the purpose of providing continual care towards our employees and their families, Borouge has further enhanced employees’ medical insurance plan since 2020, extending the outpatient and emergency claims benefit to RMB 300 for each time, which creates greater convenience for employees.

全新员工入职体验 New Onboarding Experience
博禄进一步提高每一位新员工的入职体验,欢迎邮件会在新员工入职前一周发送,我们还准备了诠释企业文化与价值的新员工欢迎礼。而气球和彩带的布置,也吸引了在职员工一齐加入到欢迎新员工的行列。

The company places high emphasis the on the onboarding experience to each new employee. A welcome email is sent to the new joiner one week before their arrival. Welcome gift pack is also prepared demonstrating our company culture and value. Balloons and ribbons are arranged to extend a warm welcome to new colleagues.

入职当天,公司会组织安排办公室参观以及核心成员介绍。针对有需求的新员工,组织参观改性工厂和应用中心。此外,我们的新人融入计划中还包括新员工入职培训(COPE)、 员工入职100天计划和工作伙伴( Buddy system)等机制。 During onboarding day, an office tour with introduction to core members is arranged, and a visit to our Compounding Plant and Application Centre is also arranged where applicable. Furthermore, as part of the Corporate Orientation Programme for New Employees (COPE) new hire check at Day 100, a buddy system is also implemented as part of the programme.

博禄提供公开透明的招聘机制以支持现有员工实现自己的职业抱负。为确保所有员工了解公司现有的内部职位空缺并为他们提供申请机会,我们制定了内部招聘指南,所有职位信息都会在公司内网上进行发布且至少公示2周。这2年,我们始终保持着30%左右的内部招聘率(2021年到目前为止28%,2020年为31.6%)。

We provide an open and transparent recruitment mechanism to support our employees to achieve their career aspirations. To ensure that all employees know about our company's internal job vacancies and provide them with application opportunities, we have developed an internal recruitment guide and made it mandatory to publish job postings on the company's intranet for two weeks. In the past two years, we have maintained an internal fulfillment rate of about 30% (28% for YTD 2021 and 31.6% in 2020).

Annual Gathering & Team Building

2021年5月28日,2021博禄北亚区年度聚会隆重举行,全体员工参加了这场盛典。这是2020疫情后的首次重聚,部门准备的节目精彩纷呈,整个会场洋溢着一派欢声笑语。公司管理层还计划在2021年下半年组织团队建设活动,以增强团队合作意识,同时让员工尽情拥抱大自然。

On May 28 2021, Borouge Annual Gathering event was organised and all employees from each location in China attended the event. This is also the first gathering from 2020 pandemic situation. Employees presented amazing performances at the event that everyone present thoroughly enjoyed! Borouge management team plans to organise a Team Building in the 2nd half of 2021, to strengthen the team work and release employees to enjoy the wonderful nature.

博禄于2021年6月6日推出了新的SAP ERP(ONE ERP)系统。新系统统一了阿布扎比国家石油集团各公司的通用业务流程,并提供了简化和一致的用户体验。该计划旨在通过统一的数字体验和通用业务流程,提高公司运营效率。

Borouge launched new SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ONE ERP) system on 6 Jun 2021. The new system unifies common business processes across ADNOC Group Companies while providing a simplified and consistent user experience. This programme aims to drive efficiencies across our operations by unifying the digital experience and common business processes.
